All teams are signed up to a full season and are expected to play all fixtures,Should any team cancel a match we need a 1 weeks notice in addition to the full match fee will be required to be paid within by debit or credit card as P&E Sports still have to pay all the costs for the league. If a match is cancelled on less than 48 hours’ notice and we are unable to arrange the opponents another game the cancelling team also pay us the opponent’s match fee. As Team Organiser you agree to make full payment all fees charges and fines relating to your team.
We require all match fees to be paid a week prior to your game the following week, this is to reduce the possibility of teams canceling on short notice and to ensure all match fees are paid and up to date.
